“The first morning my partner slipped & fell. Breaking his left wrist & a right elbow on which he needs a operation. There were no warnings about it may be slippy. Told owner who looked at me blankly & didn't offer any help. Had to come home two days early.”

“Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious and quickly prepared and served. Hotel is situated within 15 minutes drive from seaside town as well as...

“Fantastic property in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town. Sean was incredibly accommodating from the minute I arrived, providing me with books and information of snowdon routes ahead of my climb! Absolute 10/10 breakfast cooked by sean, again he was very accommodating providing me the option to have it earlier than the usual time so I could get up the mountain quicker. If I ever return I’ll be sure to stay here again, fantastic stay.”

“The room was clean and tidy and very pleasant. The staff were very helpful, kind and cheerful. Breakfast provided a good choice of cereals and a variety of hot breakfasts.”

“very good house, and friendly staff, free parking, and 5 min walk from beautifull conwy castle”

“Estancia agradable, servicio muy correcto, gente muy agradable y familiar.”

“Beautiful location with the stream running in front. Located in a quaint village - it was lovely and quiet! Room was lovely and very spacious and breakfast was delicious. About a 45 minute drive to Llangollen which was a lovely place to visit. Sian and the cleaner (so sorry I forgot her name!) we're extremely friendly and helpful, even gave me access to their mobile hot-spot and helped with local attraction advice. The check-in / bar staff were a little less helpful, including dinner service -...

“On our arrival we had a very friendly welcome from Fiona. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked tea tray. Breakfast was very well cooked with quality products and nothing was too much trouble for Paul who was very attentive. We would definitely recommend the Hilary and book again whenever we visit Llandudno. Thank you, Fiona &Paul.”
