“The hotel and staff really contributed to my partner and I having a wonderful break in Llandudno. The hotel is spot on in all respects and all the staff were delightful. The whole place has a very calm atmosphere and the kindness showed by all the staff was a credit to the business. We will definitely return in the future.”

“We stayed at the Imperial Hotel for 4 nights, Booked a double room with a view (room 208) which was a sea view,big double windows for the view, The bathroom was huge with 2 more double windows bed was really comfy, Used the swimming pool a couple of times the whole pool was 4ft 6in deep which was a good thing if you are not a confident swimmer, My sister used the gym daily (not for me )Breakfast was brilliant plenty of choice ie cereal, cooked, basically what ever you want, waitress brings you...

“Couldn't get entry for ages as we weren't told 2 hotels had become one with different names still on the buildings.No private parking was a pain but what I can gather it's the same for most hotels. The lady that greeted us was really nice but unfortunately I couldn't understand a word she was saying as obviously she was foreign. Room was clean but the shower area was a bit tatty. If I had to use it again I probably would.”

“Was great location near sea , hotel was nice but needed updating, we knew was,a dog friendly hotel, but didnt like the fact that dogs sat on furniture, only place not allowed was restaurant which was only open for breakfast ,all other meals was served in bar where dogs was allowed , as much as i dont mind animals i dont like them near food. we was using hotel next door most of time for food and drinks, as even though dogs there was not on furniture or in any eating places.”

“El personal muy amable. Es un hotel muy vintage, siento que me transportó a como debió ser este lugar años atrás. El desayuno estaba incluido pero todo era frito y el hotel en general luego del desayuno olía mucho a frito. Creo que es mi única observación! Sería bueno tener una oferta un poco mas amplia para los que no consumen tanto frito. En general estuvo bien”

“Limited parking but you can park overnight on a nearby street with parking for 90 minutes between 9:00 and 17:00. But leave before 10:30! Restaurant is expensive but the quality is good and the staff excellent.”

“Everything about this hotel was first class from Check in to check out. The room was simply perfect lovely sea view with some complimentary binoculars to use. Staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend.”
