I liked the pool, proximity to the beach and restaurants, but the staff was not too friendly, they need to work in their customer service, since at the end of the day it’s what’s going to keep us from going back. Then there was the inconvenience of the broken elevators, going up to the fifth floor once wouldn’t have been a problem, but we had to do it often, since we didn’t want to go around the property to find a working elevator.
