Everything was perfect, we had problems with the room, they gave us a king bed instead of two bed and they changed it right away with no problems. Everything was good but the food could have been better.

First time being here and was very impressed. Live in Jamaica so been to lots of all inclusive. Staff were great appeared to be honestly friendly and interested. Very nice property. Would happily go back again.

Kyash was Jamazing! Lenox and Denton our Butler's were wonderful. Marcus and Matthew at the swim up bar rocked. Room was great! Elevators went down on and off, fire alarms in the evening at dinner were annoying, and lazy river and some slides not working. Steakhouse service was not the best but Zen was great! Beach was very clean and wonderful.

Rain fell on the last night and there was a lot of water from the lobby to the dining area; although an umbrella was provided in the room and was used, feet and foot wear got soaking wet on way to dinner. Suggestion to have better drainage so the water does not build up when it rains. Parking was an issue when arrived but luckily I was able to squeeze vehicle in a tight area.

It is with great disappointment that I write let you know of the unnerving experience while on this trip. I have reported the details to the hotel directly but have been asked to notify you of my experience. In short, I was not able to enjoy my stay due to my hotel room being saturated with mosquitoes. This did not allow us to rest during our stay. We spent nights killing mosquitoes and scratching from mosquito bites. After leaving the hotel and returning home, I realized that some of my bites were actually from bed bugs and not mosquitoes.
