Vacation Packages to Saint James for 2026

The description of the property was not at all accurate. The pool was big but was not at all a ”resort pool”. The dishwasher didn’t work, showers didn’t work properly, AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. It wasn’t close to anything. Nothing. No coffee maker or ice maker. Literally 4 plates. It was not well appointed. It was really disappointing.

The property was clean, and the staff was wonderful, especially Timmod at the swim up bar. I especially liked the fact that they had entertainment every night. And the after hours club at the sports bar. Need more Karokee

The beach, the sunset, the staff, and even the driver are reasons that this will be my new spot for my Jamaica trips. The good is okay, but as long as I get my oxtail and salt fish and ackee fix I'm a happy woman! I was concerned about the beach being across the street, but it really wasn't an issue or bother. I 100% recommend if you are looking for a quiet safe space to detox from the world and unwind.

My room was clean. The staff was wonderful other than the check in process. This was a girls trip. Our rooms was separated even tho we were to be together because we were celebrating our birthdays. Once I arrived at the hotel my room was not ready. I arrived at 3 pm. I requested to down grade my room without any refund and I got the complete run around. The receptionist told me that they was not allowed to change rooms even tho my room was not ready. I kept getting a message that they needed 15 more minutes. I didn’t check in my room until 5 pm. I was tired, exhausted, and hot. Couldn’t even take a shower to freshen up before exploring the hotel. I call Expedia to see if they could help me and I was told that the manager at the hotel could change my room. Once I told the receptionist what I was told they kept saying, no Expedia had to change my room because I booked through them. That was just a horrible experience. Beach view was great. Breakfast was ok the fruit was not as fresh as I expected it to be. Didn’t look or taste fresh. A lot of fruit was wasted due to the taste. Limited souvenir shops and restaurants. The pre shows were an hour long and were boring. The excitement was over to even enjoy the actual show. Would I book this hotel again, a highly NO. There needs to be better communication and other options when the staff is not prepared to complete their tasks on time. Especially when the hotel knows who is coming and how many rooms need to be clean for easy check.
