We honestly loved everything about the resort! Our rooms were adjoining, as requested. They were clean and the staff was wonderful. We loved the restaurants and the buffet. The adult pool and pool bar were also outstanding.

This “all-inclusive” is a JOKE. Beautiful yes, but the services are deplorable. THEY PRICE GOUGE foreigners! They arbitrarily added $300 to our room for no reason and we have no choice but to pay the increased price; we couldn’t just pick up and stay somewhere else, we were there for a wedding! The massively over-promised “Platinum Status” ($1000/nite) meant waiting THREE HOURS to check-in. The butlers never delivered what we “wanted” because 90% of the menu was never available! None of the steak houses had “availability”. We only had our suite cleaned once because their mop water left our swim-up suite smelling like urine. The shuttle to the main buildings (restaurants/bars/spas) were never available and the drivers had attitudes if you asked why “platinum guests” had to wait 45 minutes for us to get around the resort! They also moved like molasses, even the airport shuttles left late! The swim-up bar sprung a LAKE during the welcome event scheduled there and they never moved the event or came with a mop, just put down a yellow caution sign. We left. The VERY EXPENSIVE wedding we were attending was booked in the same area as a dental conference. The bride had to walk past 100 lab coats exchanging toothpaste and blow-up molars as she preceded toward her “dream wedding”. This place is definitely a reflection of their leadership; all excuses but no real desire to provide an excellent experience. I reiterate. Save your money! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RESORT!

We had a great 7-day stay here with the kids! The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The drinks weren’t very strong, but they were delicious. My favorite meals were the oxtails, lamb, and steak. Overall, the food was good, though some dishes were better than others. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely come back!
