We really like our stay. The kids were busy with the daily games and the inflatable in the ocean is awesome to have. We adults like the games as well and especially the foam parties. The drinks were good, some bar keepers aren’t friendly. We also liked the food. Best restaurant was the itialian restaurant.the resort is very clean and well taken care of. The beach is very long and the ocean is nice. Best thing was the jerk chicken shed at the beach. Nice to eat their local food and it is so good. Definitely recommend this resort for families.

Considering the resort was devastated in the hurricane 6 months ago, the property was in very good condition. They continue to renovate but it was not disruptive to our vacation at all. The grounds were kept well manicured and maintained. Housekeeping kept our rooms very clean. The restaurant and buffet staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming - always smiling and very quick to fulfil any request. The entertainment crew were great - really enjoyed their shows!!! I would definitely return!

My room was located in an area that was peaceful and sun filled. The bed was very comfortable and ventilation was easy to control. TV selection was very limited with few movie choices and there was no radio. The refrigerator was well stocked and replenished daily. Housekeeping was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves in Jamaica. The property was very clean and well maintained, and the ocean view was absolutely beautiful. It’s a great place for families with toddlers. My son especially loved the pool and had so much fun every day. I also loved that they offered Jamaican dishes, which made the experience feel more authentic. However, I didn’t like that all the restaurants on the property close between 11am - 12, as it limits dining options. One restaurant should be open at all time. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely visit again.

The Hotel had a Wow factor the minute you entered the recption area. Rented an Ocean view room very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were excellent. The resturant food was good you did not have to worry about bottled water because they had an excellent purification system. There were plenty of things to do if you had kids they had games for them as well. The staff were very polite and helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

My son and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Iberostar Resort in Jamaica for the first time, and it was truly an unforgettable experience, especially celebrating my son's 11th birthday! The resort was absolutely lovely, offering a beautiful setting that made our stay even more special. The food was outstanding, with a fantastic variety of options and themed nights that kept every meal exciting. It was a delight to indulge in different cuisines and enjoy the vibrant culinary offerings. The staff truly made our trip exceptional. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but I want to especially acknowledge a few staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable: Nardia, Horace, Ocean, Red Bull, KK, Too Short, Konkrete, and Mickey Mouse. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and I am deeply appreciative of their kindness. I can't wait to return to Iberostar Resort. It was a wonderful experience for both me and my son, and we look forward to creating more memories there!

Our stay was amazing. We had a great experience all around and our room was upgraded for us upon check in which was really nice. The food was excellent and we loved all the different dining options. The only con that we didn't like was that the guest services people were really aggressive about trying to up-sell us on different packages and experiences that we were just not interested in. One night we were trying to enjoy the live music in the lobby and the guest services person literally shouted across the room at us to come see her so she could try to sell us something. Overall it was a great experience, that was the only downside to the entire stay.
