Staff was friendly - Bar staff, room staff and restaurant staff. Hotel rooms were kept tidy. No hard alcohol in rooms, only pop and beer. Elevators were being repaired, only one set was working for a few days. On our last two days, they were all functioning. Clean facility. Wish I stayed longer cause i enjoy good food.

We really like our stay. The kids were busy with the daily games and the inflatable in the ocean is awesome to have. We adults like the games as well and especially the foam parties. The drinks were good, some bar keepers aren’t friendly. We also liked the food. Best restaurant was the itialian restaurant.the resort is very clean and well taken care of. The beach is very long and the ocean is nice. Best thing was the jerk chicken shed at the beach. Nice to eat their local food and it is so good. Definitely recommend this resort for families.
