“Motel in easy walking distance to town centre. The room was very hot, so had our windows open and seagulls were screaming from 2am The room was clean plenty of hot water. Bed too soft for our liking so didn’t sleep well. Our door didn’t seem to fit right so had to slam it shut and heard a few more being slammed.”

“Pleasant Staff, simple book in. Let down by tiny tv & silly early book out time of 10.30am. Charged an extra £25 to book out at 12 having already paid £493 for 3 nights. Breakfast let down by poor ingredients - cheap tasteless sausage.”

“This countryside property just outside Thirsk is easy to find and offers a wonderful, peaceful retreat. The room was spotlessly clean, featuring a great shower, huge plush towels, bathrobes, and slippers. Having access to a pool and hot tub was a fantastic bonus. The owner, Sue, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. “Warm welcome. Engaging owner and staff. Really nice service from all of them. Good stopover from motorway. Food in restaurant was very good. Fitted our needs perfectly.”

“We had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, the breakfast made to your order with additional cereal and juice available. The staff were very friendly and concerned about our needs. Car parking was provided at the back. The location was within walking distance from the town centre pubs and restaurant as well as next to a big Tesco. Perhaps the TV was a tad small. ”
