“The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was heavy with local cuisine but enough "American" items that we didn't go hungry. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Would definitely consider staying there again.”

“The location is perfect for the view of Taal volcano and lake. The room was comfortable but some items were missing such as toilet paper. Overall a pleasant stay, and I would happily pass it as a suggestion to others ”

“Could do an early check in at 1PM, but any other time includes extra charge. In addition, the room we had a bunch of molds between walls. There was no phone to contact front desk, and was only provided one tissue roll unless you ask for more. No water refill stations, you’ll have to keep asking front desk. Otherwise, breakfast was good (at additional price of course).”

“The family studio suite is very spacious except for the bathroom. It would be nicer and more comfortabe if the bathroom has enough or bigger space and also has another split type aircon in the kitchen or living room area.”

“The breakfast was good. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful, nice and informative. I’m giving it a poor rating because we had 2 huge roaches in our rooms and when I called the front desk and he was not apologetic at all and offered no resolution. I had to ask them to spray my room and vacuum it and it was never done! I was so grossed out. Also, it is a struggling getting a tricycle to come up to the hotel. You have to walk a couple blocks down the street. And I also had difficulty...
