“When paying hundreds of dollars for stay, we expect towels when needed. During the 3rd evening of our stay, we asked for 1 towel out of 4 to be refreshed, and were told we have to pay 30 zloty because they only replace them of we stay 4 nights.. this is unacceptable and feels cheap”

“The fact that I paid for the room about 1 PM and I got there at 3 PM and I stood outside for two hours on the hottest day of the year with a serious cardiovascular condition and then just by chance someone let me in a building and I sit on the stairs for one more hour.
