One of the best spots in Europe to stay in. Easy, quiet, beautiful, and amenities provided on arrival. The location is close to train station and also the town square. The price is amazing too. Highly recommend.

Excellent apartment in a great location. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Communication with the owners was excellent, and they were easy to contact to arrange both check-in and an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town and close to the train station, making travel to and from the airport, as well as exploring other areas, very easy. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Walkable and central to Old town, Jewish Quarters, etc. Apartment is spacious, cleans and with a nice kitchen set-up. Depending on what room is assigned to you, this is an old building with 2 units to a floor and NO ELEVATOR. That was difficult for one with knee problems. I also requested 2 separate beds but got a king size for 2 people. My companion opted to sleep on the full sized couch.

The apartment was amazing, only a short walk to the main square and other tourist attractions. Easy access and very pleasant buildings with charming little balcony. The host provides great facilities and many kitchen essentials perfect for a longer stay. Comfy beds, extra bedding etc. Great communication with the host. Definitely recommend. We will be back! Dziekujemy bardzo! Thank you very much!

Room was lovely and exactly like it was in the pictures, we were ground floor and it was quiet and felt very safe, it was very clean and in an excellent location, the only problem we had was with the tv, I did message a couple of times but got no reply on how to sort it out, also the apartment could do with some info about the area even if its just a map

Great location just away from the energy and chaos of the city center. Though the room faces a busy street, the walls seemed to be sound proof (as we couldn't hear our neighbors).

the flat was clean, tidy and well-equipped. it's in an excellent location, only about 15 min walk from Krakow's old city. there are a couple of supermarkets nearby, along with a coffee shop (excellent pastries), an Indian restaurant (recommended) and a Vietnamese restaurant/takeaway. would definitely stay at this flat again.

A wonderful apartment with everything you need! The kitchen is very well equipped and I was able to even cook some simple meals. The apartment is on walk distance from the old center, Kazimierz the Jewish neighborhood, picking up place for tours to Auschwitz and just in front of the train to the airport. I’ve stayed for 5 nights.

Avoid! The most horrible experience I’ve ever had. The nicest thing was the location, which was fantastic. However, the apartment itself was not clean at all. I never thought to take pictures as I never write negative reviews (events afterwards have changed my mind). Dust everywhere, thick build up on the hanging lights in bathroom. I had specifically asked for the sofa bed to be made up by housekeeping due to us arrive late and leaving early next morning, however it wasn’t. Fine. Upon making the bed ourselves we saw how disgusting and yellow with sweat stains the pillows are. Very off putting!! As we were in krakow for a hen do, lots of money was being transferred back and forth so I never realised the pending balance never came out of my bank. Nor did the company realise for almost a full month. I then received a bombardment of messages via WhatsApp at 10:30pm about making a payment. I agreed to pay via bank transfer, they agreed to send info in the morning. Next day was silence, not a single message. The 3rd day I received messages on WhatsApp, email, and Expedia about paying… They were the ones that never sent the info. Between this and the dirtiness of the apartment, I cannot recommend. If they had contacted me through Expedia (instead of a different whatsapp number) with the bank details in the beginning (as they eventually did) it all could have been avoided. I’m still half convinced it was some sort of scam. Just avoid.

Great accomodation, especially for the price paid. Lovely comfortable self-contained flat, fully equipped kitchen, and a very good shower. Short walk from all major old town attraction, and the coach pick-up point for our Auschwitz and Salt Mine daytrips were located just 5min walk round the corner. Plenty of takeaways and Zabka stores nearby, as well as being across the road from a train station for extra connectivity. For info, cost of the Bolt from accomodation to airport at 0400 was less than £20 including tip! I'm looking forward to coming back to Krakow in the future, after exploring the city, going to Auschwitz, the Salt Mines, Schindlers Enamel Factory, the famous wax work museum, the Banksy gallery, an owl handling experience, and a river cruise over our four days here, there's still plenty more to experience, and I'll book back here without hesitation!

Very good location, train from or to the airport is just in front of the building. Provide cooking oil and salt, pepper and sugar. The interior of the room is newly decorated. Bed is comfortable. One drawback is it should indicate clearly there is no elevator in the booking information. We had to carry two 23 kgs luggages up at least 40 stair steps up and down the building. The picture shown is also misleading , it is in fact a very old building and the balcony is old and look dangerous.

Building was very secure in a safe neighborhood. Conveniently located. Nice shops in area. Walking distance to many sites. Nice high ceilings and hard wood floors. Apt had everything needed to cook and eat at home with grocery store only a short walk away. Speed queen laundramat was a little further walk if needed.
