The hotel needs to improve the frontal parking spaces when guest arrives. it is extremely difficult driving your car from the parking lot because other vehicles on parked in the no parking zone which restricts your vehicle able to back out. The hotel needs crowd control assistance. the hotel room floor was terrible. Always wet for some reason. House keeping was TERRIBLE!!!! They Only took out the trash and left towels in the room. Who ever heard of a hotel telling you they don't fully clean your room or make the bed unless you stay 5 nights. Not ever planning to stay at this hotel ever again!

We slept well with no noise. The beach chairs provided were awesome. There was very poor water pressure in the shower. While sitting on the balcony, the air conditioner vent blew out hot air, and it was uncomfortable to sit out there. The garage needs to have access from other levels than the first one. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. the beach view was nice. The hotel needs to redo their pools as they look old and outdated.

Overall great place to stay!

Overall, it was clean, quiet, and very good.
