Loved the free strong coffee all day with hot chocolate and tea options by lobby. Fresh baked cookies at 5pm They held my carry on till room was ready at 1:30pm earlier then I expected. Room spacious with beautiful clean beach view.

Breakfast was delicious and maintained daily by the very pleasant and helpful staff!! The rooms were clean and maintained every other day. The pools definitely needed to be cleaned but I do understand that it was off season so less people were around. The hot tubs were fabulous! The Reels restaurant was amazing! Each day we went the food was 5 stars! Steven was really great, gave recommendations, and was very attentive. Overall the stay was so amazing we will for sure be back!!

Asked for dinner recommendations and the location Amy recommended was absolutely what I was looking for. Easy access to both Ocean Blvd & Route 17 business. Parking was excellent & secure with easy access from either the North or South tower lower floors. Amenities were amazing, & staff was friendly & professional. We had lunch, two dinners, & drinks at The Reel, & the food & staff was excellent. Only negative was that there was some paint peeling, & what looked like previous water damage repair to the ceiling in our room, but is to be expected with such a large hotel. I’d give it a 9.5/10…
