The Staff was very helpful, Estrella was very friendly

Great location and close to many restaurants and Zion park. Cleaning staff and crew in the breakfast area along with front desk staff on wknd were great.

Property was clean and the employees were some of the nicest people we've ever interacted with at a hotel. Room was nicely decorated. I would recommend an upstairs room, as we were downstairs and could hear the person upstairs walking around. Nice spot for a stopover!

Really only place close to Bryce, but has everything you need. Restaurant can get crowded when buses show up.

I was to get an emailed invoice and had to call three times when I didn't receive it due to the desk staff mis-spelling my email address. Nice desk people. The hotel was low on bookings so they suggested we stay at their property next door (El Rey) and upgraded us to a very nice suite. The continental breakfast was nicer than most places.
