The property was nice and clean. The staff wasn't very friendly though. I booked two rooms and the one our friends stayed in was next to a very loud ice machine and their air conditioner didn't work. Breakfast was great but they didn't refill stuff very quickly. Had to wait for the eggs and sausage to be refilled, but it was very good.

We had a great stay during our road trip. The hotel offered excellent value for the price, with comfortable accommodations, breakfast included, and laundry facilities, everything we needed while traveling with our son. The location was also very convenient, just about 30 minutes from Zion, making it a great base for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend for families.

Great hotel to stay at if visting zion national park (about 30 min drive) the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not so good but other than that would definatley recommend this hotel
