Great place to stay. Would recommend. Clean and friendly.
Friendly staff. Great location, easy access, and plenty of stores/restaurants around!
Clean place, staff was accommodating with the extra guest we had and brought in an extra bed. Having breakfast at the hotel helped save money and time. Only complaint we had was our room was not cleaned after the first night.
Our stay was great, although connection is poor. Otherwise we had the most memorable holidays ever.
The 2 men that were on the desk when we arrived (a trainee and his mentor) were both happy, helpful and are a true asset to the level of this persons review. .
The breakfast was really good and the staff was amazing. They also had complimentary bikes that my son and I took out and really enjoyed. it is a beautiful hotel with a heated pool and all the amenities you could need. Thank you for a great stay.
I liked the location. The staff was helpful when we had a problem.
I'd say that this place had the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. One young man stood out especially. His name was Damon and he was usually working when we came in for breakfast. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. Businesses need more people like him.
Love this lodge stay 3 times a year for snowboarding!!!
Friendly staff, beautiful place, we will stay there again next year
Beautiful property right outside the entrance of Zion National Park.
Great breakfast, hot tub and decent fitness room. Good location, easy parking, clean and staff was nice.
Liked most the immaculate condition of the property to include the room. From lobby to hallway floors everything was spotless. A quick no nonsense check-in at the desk staffed by an efficient, knowledgeable, individual. Everything worked well in the room.
It was a very nice place to stay, we did have a hard time getting through to the front office at times because they only had one person working the desk most of the time and there was only one hot tub working and then on the last day it stopped working too.
Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Very convenient location and great price.
I would certainly stay at El Ray again. Great service, nice high bed, good tv and the breakfast (continental) was very good.
