This is a super expensive glorified motel. The most expensive rooms with a balcony are just facing the parking lot. The rooms are nice, but overall overpriced and not worthy.

Overall, not a bad stay. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means. It is a little expensive, but you are located in a good area. THERE IS NO FREE BREAKFAST included. You have to go to their restaurant to eat and it will cost about $50 per couple. There are better places within walking distance. The room was nice, albeit a bit small, but was clean. The pool was nice and some days overcrowded with kids. I probably would stay there again, but would have to get a better price.

A great hotel choice in Springdale! I can’t say enough about the staff—the front desk team was absolutely amazing. We had several questions throughout our stay, and they were always friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. In particular, I believe her name was Kathleen. She mentioned she was new, but you would never know it. She was fantastic and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of Zion National Park and conveniently situated between two Springdale shuttle stops that provide easy access to the park. There are also plenty of cute shops, restaurants, and coffee spots within walking distance. The views from the hotel were incredible. We loved stepping outside each morning to take in the beautiful canyon scenery—it was the perfect way to start the day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zion!

When we arrived we were given our room key, went to the room, unloaded the vehicle only to find the room was already occupied. Fridge was not cold and the air conditioner leaked water everywhere. We also had ants everywhere on our last night. The property is beautiful though and conveniently located. The view of The Watchman from the pool is spectacular.
