Pretty clean room, staff is very attentive. You can sometimes tell that they will favor people booking outside of Expedia as they will get service first.

It was a fine stay, I’m sure for the price point you can find a much better experience. Our room had several issues, but it was written off as a normal problem often experienced so wasn’t taken seriously. The food actually is pretty inedible. Many guests encouraged us if we chose to come back to completely ditch the all inclusive package and find much better dining options at other resorts. I understand many Americans come to these places but it is undeniable that this entire experience is catered to a white palate. I’m unsure if I’d stay here again, and I think that’s indicative enough of the experience that I wasn’t wow’d especially when we paid for what we thought was the most luxury option. Do your research, maybe you’ll find a better suited place.

August is low season and the property was undergoing fumigation causing our rooms to have cockroaches. We saw them everywhere in 3 of our rooms, jr suite, executive and a presidential suite. They were kind enough to move us rooms however they explained that due to the fumigation there was cockroaches. It was an inconvenience to move rooms. We suggest to not room guests in rooms when fumigating the tower.

By far one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. The staff was amazing and incredibly attentive. The food and service was perfect and I cannot recommend the spa treatments enough. Will definitely be going back very soon.
