Vacations Close To Playa Hotelera

Our room was a little on the warm side, no big deal. Lots of reviews talking about bad food, every meal we had was pretty good. The restaurants only serve beer and wine which sort of sucks but its okay. Every staff member we encountered was super super accomodating. THIS IS A PARTY HOTEL. Do not get this confused with an upscale "quiet resort".. this resort is loud 24 hours a day. Alchol is available for all guests no matter what time of day or night. We are in our mid 20s and are not so much into the party scene anymore but still had a great time.

You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

This resort is amazing that celebrates the beauty of Mexico. The hospitality is 5 stars and an amazing ocean views from every restaurant. I

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The Italian restaurant Noi was phenomenal. But when a pool umbrella fell and hit me on the head, the hotel did nothing. I was in pain half our stay and they refused to do anything, or compensate us for the injury on any way.
