“Excellent location with a beautiful view from the property. Stayed very cool inside during a heatwave (but could be cold if not so hot outside!). The apartment itself has a good space and a full kitchen. However, there is quite a lot of clutter and lots of unnecessary electronic devices (such as multiple sky boxes, Alexas, wifis, entertainment systems etc). “Lovely little cottage on the outskirts of Ambleside. Nicely decorated, with comfy bed and fully kitted kitchen. Owners have provided board games and leaflets/info of area. Please note it is an old property with very steep stairs and tight doorways upstairs. Tricky for those with mobility issues or small children.”
