We checked into our room at 3am after a delayed flight. We got to our room after paying at the check in for an upgrade and arrived to a dirty room with some sort of food smeared on the kitchenette drawers, no soap or towels in the 2nd bathroom and the main bathroom was disgusting. We called and they offered to send housekeeping in but it was late and we were tired so we got up the next morning and moved to a much cleaner room. The staff was helpful and accommodating once you get past the annoyingly ineffective AI agent they’re using on their phone system. For the price and location it’s still a good value, just disappointed about that initial room.

The toilet, then flush properly the sink was clogging up. I couldn’t use the pool. It was terrible.

I was assigned to a room with full of cigarette smoke smell when I requested for NON-SMOKING room. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I called front desk immediately, they asked me to wait for the house keeping. I did wait for an hour and a half until the house keeping came and just spray on something which did not help. I finally came down to the front desk to ask for a change of room which they refused to do that due to their full occupancy. Moreover, they blamed on me that I came to inform them late when I did as instructed by them to wait for the house keeping to check on the room. I also told them that this would trigger my asthma and I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. They still insisted to put me into that room which full of cigarette smell. At the end, they sent the house keeping supervisor to check again and offered to put ozone machine to help with the odor. After I came back and the ozone process was done, the smell was better but it still irritated my throat and I had to slept with the mask on. This is the most terrible experience for me.

Great stay clean room, friendly staff, and in the middle of the strip close to everything.
