The check-in process was handled carefully, so the stay went smoothly. The room was clean and tidy. If I had to say one thing, it would be that the breakfast was a little plain. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Excellent location

This location is right next to Saijo station - an excellent place to stay with quick access to Sakagura street to visit all of the sake breweries. My only complaint is there’s only one elevator for the whole hotel so for events like the Saijo Sake Matsuri it takes a long time to get to and from your room, and the breakfast area becomes very crowded. they do have a washer and dryer which I used twice very convenient very efficient. The coffee maker was broken for two of the three days I stayed so that was a bummer. I wish they could’ve given everyone ¥200 to go to the 7-Eleven for coffee or just brew it in the kitchen!

スタッフも綺麗で部屋着も変えてくれってしたらシーツやベッドメイキングまでしてくれてたのが凄く良かった。 朝食もバリエーションが多くて満足だった。 ただ普段豆電球を付けて寝ている者からすると 明るさ調整機能は付けてほしかった。 全てが明るくて夜物やスマホも見やすくて良いけどそこだけなんとか頑張って欲しかった。 いずれにしても素晴らしいホテルだと思うので 広島旅行行ったらまた利用したい。

フロントの方は非常に丁寧でよかった。 自販機にあったご当地ビールも美味しかった。（お値段は高いですが） ただエレベーターが1つしか無いため混雑時などはかなり待たされます。 後はお風呂のシャワーの勢いが非常に弱かった。 部屋や設備はキレイでした。

駅から近いので便利でした。 チェックインとチェックアウトを1台しかない機械で自分で行う時に、カウンターの担当者がカウンター中のモニターで操作情報をみていて、うまくできない場合にカウンター越しに画面上でどう操作するのか指示をするならば、直接カウンターで受け付けるべきだと思います。 2人同時に受け付けられる人員がいるのになぜ1台のセルフチェックイン/アウト機を1人ずつ使わせて様子を見ているのか疑問です。 混雑時に機械でできる人が使う様にしてカウンターにいるなら直接受け付けるようにするべきです。機械に行列ができても何もしないのは非効率です。

사이조 역과의 근접성, 다케하라와 오야마즈미 신사 관광에 좋은 위치였던것 같습니다 아침 식사도 정갈하게 좋았고, 무엇 보다도 1층 로비에서 커피를 편하게 마실수 있어서 좋았습니다. 조금 아쉬었던 점은 호텔 주변에 담배를 피우는 사람을 위한 특정장소 설정및 룸 않에 생수 1병씩을 넣어주는것은 더욱 좋은 서비스라고 생각합니다
