Vacations Close To Kamu no Sato Rokutan

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude to me and my family, and we felt disrespected on several occasions throughout our stay. We had a room booked in advance, but after arriving tired from a long flight, we were told that the hotel was overbooked and were sent to a different room. This was already a frustrating way to start our stay. The pool experience was also very disappointing. Even as hotel guests, we couldn't simply get chairs to sit by the pool. We were told we would need to spend around $600, or at least $250, just to have a place to sit. I understand charging for premium cabanas or reserved areas, but hotel guests should still have reasonable access to basic seating at the pool. We have stayed at many, many hotels over the years, and this was by far one of the worst when it came to the smell of cigarettes. The cigarette smell was extremely noticeable throughout the property and made the overall environment very unpleasant for us. Overall, we did not feel welcomed or valued as guests. Unfortunately, this was our first experience at this property, and it will also be our last.
