“The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. The reserve was so peaceful”

“I stayed for 2 nights. On arrival Friday night only to discover the shower was either freezing cold or scorching. The TV needed a pin. The carpet was disgusting and lifting near the bathroom door I politely asked a member of staff(woman with blonde curly hair) to see if could things coule be fixed. No offer of a room switch. Simply said maintenance would be in at 10am. I returned later Saturday night to find nothing done! I suggest the hotel for location and that is it. Huge disappointment”
