Vacation Packages to Scotland for 2026

A lovely boutique hotel on the bus route for the city. It is full of character & although on main road we both slept like logs! V comfy bed .

Great Nostalgic hotel, beautifully appointed rooms and the location was perfect to visit the city of Edinburgh.

Clean, staff was friendly and helpful, convenient location, close to dining and shopping

Excellent room with large kitchen and room for 4 adults. Location was great, close to restaurants and pubs on Rose street and walking distance to Leith St, Edinburgh castle, and the Royal Mile. The shower in the bathroom didn’t drain very quickly and the bathroom door seemed to have water damage on the bottom as a result. This did not impact our comfort in anyway and I would stay in the same location again.

Not well equiped. Dishwasher was broken. Well located in New Town. Quiet area. 10 minutes walk from Castle and Old Town. Self check-in but wrong pass code to open the door provided.

The staff were friendly. The location is central, close to the Waverley train station and walking distance to so many things. The kitchen was well equipped. The laundry was convenient, although the machines are a little touchy and take forever to do a load. The apartment was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard however that is a personal preference. Our room had a nice interior view of the gardens and was quiet. Overall a great home base while in Edinburgh.
