Wonderful hotel in the heart of Edinburgh! 🏰✨ The hotel is exceptionally clean, with comfortable accommodations and excellent, friendly service. The shower is amazing—definitely one of the highlights! 🚿 The location couldn’t be better, right on the Royal Mile and within walking distance of so many of Edinburgh’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Super central and convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We arrived very early from our flight and the room was not ready. We left our luggage with the front desk and went to check out Edinburgh. Went back in the afternoon to check in, then went back out for dinner, walked around some more, then back and a had a drink in the hotel bar. Was even able to bring my second drink up to the room. This hotel was awesome. The staff ALL of them were incredible.

My plug converter wasn’t calibrated to 110 so it burned my hair off. Only plug that worked for your hair blow dryer was in the room by TV not in bathroom. And cord didn’t reach far enough to see in the mirror to use it. Breakfast selection was really good. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room clean and comfortable. Maid service great.
