The cost represented very good value for Edinburgh during the Festival. The journey between the hotel and the city was easier than expected as the 100 bus stops just outside. The room quality was very good and the staff were helpful. I particularly appreciated the lounge bar being open until late and they serve pizzas until late also. The breakfast consisted of a wide variety of items and represented value for money.

A good hotel for those with an early flight out of the Edinburgh airport. It’s an easy and short walk from the hotel to the airport. We had dinner here and was pleasantly surprised by how good our food was. We didn’t love the atmosphere/decor but for a place to sleep it was fine.

Right next to the airport was a plus for me. The space was open and modern on the first floor, where the reception, bar and restaurant shared the same space. The room could have used a refrigerator, but it was spacious and comfortable.

Fine hotel and an excellent choice if you have an early flight from Edinburgh Airport and need an airport hotel. The only downside is that there is no airport shuttle. Granted, the airport is only a 10 minute walk away but it's not feasible to walk it if you have lots of heavy luggage (as we did). We had to take a three minute cab ride for 17 pounds. But other than that, the hotel was clean, cheerful and comfortable, and did exactly what we needed it to do.
