“This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“I arrived late at night and there was nobody at the front desk. The instructions given and self check-in were very poor. It was nearly impossible finding the room which was on the second floor of a side building. There were no lights in the hallways or the stairwells. The room itself wasn’t bad and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was no parking other than street parking and the car had to be moved at 8 AM.
