One of the biggest apartments I’ve ever rented. Huge rooms and well stocked kitchen. We stayed in the 3 double bed with balcony facing front. The ground coffee machine was an added bonus! Got a little nervous about receiving access instructions but they arrived by email after checkin time. Hopefully will be back 👍

Beautiful, large clean apartment. Three nice size bedrooms, washing machine and nice kitchen and amenities. Fun neighborhood with restaurants, bars and cafes, easy walk to metro. The manager was great at communicating with us prior and during our stay. We definitely recommend and hope to go back and stay there some day.

We loved this apartment and would definitely stay again. The staff could not be nicer, with excellent communication and so helpful. The location was terrific; we loved being in a residential area with a wealth of shops, bars, restaurants, and close to public transit. Thank you Luxoise!

Room was great and so was the cleanliness and space. If they had air conditioner would have been even better but I know it’s hard to find in Berlin. Nice local bars nearby. Overall great as long as you don’t go if weather is very hot.

Luxoise is in a great area full of restaurants and really close to some really cool clubs and bars. The apt is really big with lots of room. The hosts were great at working with us to find the right unit and were great communicating with us.

Nice, spacious apartments in an awesome neighborhood. Good access to transit and lots of restaurants in the area. Not a staffed hotel, but they are responsive by phone and e-mail. Payment processes and deposit requirements are a bit unusual, but it seemed to work out. We were very happy with this lodging.

There were restaurants within easy walking distance. A major train station was about a 15 minute walk away so go could get around the city without a car. Also express train to the airport from that station. Someone was there to assist with check in which was great because the door codes were a little tricky the first time after that not a problem. Did not have access to roof garden which looked awesome. TV didn’t work and they wouldn’t look at it unless someone was there which was understandable but we were out and about from early morning to late evening. Even though we didn’t use it kitchen seemed well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

This is aa very clean furnished apartment. There’s no reception or hotel services. The apartments are large with full kitchen and bath, laundry and coffee machine. There was no elevator in my part of the apartment building but some units seem to have elevators. Management was very responsive. The neighborhood is Friedrichshain which has a Brooklyn/Berlin vibe. Lots of places to eat, drink ans shop. Tram on the corner and about ten minutes U Bahn

Great property, very cool neighborhood and close to all the fun and to transportation is needed. However, even though you have a balcony space you can not use it to smoke, which I find ridiculous if the door is closed. But would stay again.

It is rare to find a well-furnished flat in Friedrichshain. I’ve stayed at plenty of flats in the area, but the Luxoise Apartments are the only ones I’d repeat. Clean, well-furnished, very conveniently located for the clubs in Friedrichshain, and easily accessible from BER via Ostkreuz (15 min walk; one stop on the FEX).

Die Wohnung war alles andere als bei Buchung angegeben. Anstelle von einer schönen Terrasse bekam man eine sonnenlose Aussicht auf die Mülltonnen im Innenhof durch drei kleine Fenster im ersten OG. Der Zugang zur Wohnung war nur über eine sehr steile Treppe möglich, wo der Teppichboden bei fast jeder Stufe gefährliche Risse aufzeichnete - überall Stolperrisiken! Es gab keinen Aufzug - das ganze Gepäck musste alles nach oben geschleppt werden. Die Wohnungseinrichtung war in Ordnung aber die Raüme selber waren sehr dunkel. Ständig gestört durch Geschrei aus dem Innenhof zu jeder Tageszeit! Jedesmal, dass man während des Tages versucht hat, die angegebene Telefonnummer zu erreichen wurde man entweder auf das Mailbox umgeleitet (ich habe dreimal eine Nachricht hinterlassen und bekam keine Rückmeldung) oder wenn man nach 17 Uhr anrief, erhielte man die Antwort vom Band, dass das Personal ausnahmslos bis 20 Uhr zu erreichen wäre. Kompletter Unsinn: das Personal verschwand nach 17 Uhr und war dann nur ein Nottelefon zu erreichen. Also wirklich schlechter Service. In der Wohnung gab es eine Spülmaschine, einen Kaffeeautomat, eine Waschmaschine und einen Fernseher aber überhaupt keine Gebrauchsanweisung! Die Batterie in der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war leer und so konnte der Fernseher nicht eingeschaltet werden. Das Detail ist wichtig aber bei dieser Unterkunft achten die Betreiber gar nicht darauf - die Räume werden immer wieder ohne Kontrolle weitervermietet. Nie wieder.

Mid-December stay. Wonderful old building on a lovely quiet street. This was a beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet (bedrooms faced the inner courtyard), comfortable place to stay in Berlin, modern bathroom and kitchen, washer and dryer, towel rack warmer, comfy beds. A stone's throw from a tram and a nice walk to Warschauer Straße station and other points of interest in Berlin. Park and weekend farmers market right around the corner. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Some observations: 1) check-in was a bit confusing -- when we arrived we had to wait for someone to greet us at the front door as we didn't have the entrance code and also didn't know where we were supposed to go once inside; 2) our flat was two flights up and there was no elevator we could use to schlep our 3-weeks of luggage up the stairs; and 3) paying was tricky as we booked through Expedia but then received a bunch of emails, asking us to pay through a direct payment system used by the hotel, not Expedia, and we weren't sure if we were being scammed. After some email communication back and forth with Luxoise, I was more reassured. Would definitely stay there again!
