“Was a lovely simple property in the heart of Bournemouth, only a few minutes walk from the town or the beach. Self check in/out was seamless and they offered a decent self-service breakfast. Room was clean with plenty of amenities.”

The only thing I would make everyone aware of is that car park isn’t on sight of the hotel but at the opposite side of the road through an alleyway and it’s very small so we weren’t able to get a space so had to pay for the long stay car park which cost us over £10 in all and it would have been a nice gesture if the hotel offered to compensate those who can’t get into their car park. “First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses.
