Apart-hoteles en San Juan

“excellent hotel. The only issue was that they could not exchange currency because they did not have licence. Other matter to be improved is that the minibar was empty. But excellent room, nice restaurant, modern look and good location. I will defenetely go back.”

“worst of all the worst. microwave is not working, elevator always full. wifi is not working. it took 20-30 mins for me to go downstairs. they did only offer me to transfer on a different room 2 days before my checkout. WORST INCOMPETENT TYPE OF BNB. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO MY FACEBOOK POST”

“High value with space and location for price will come again”

“The room that I got is old. The bed is uncomfortable and the blanket is terrible, I even took a picture of it! The couch also is uncomfortable! No exhaust in the bathroom that is why it gets moldy quickly! The AC is leaking that when u get out of the bed, your feet is wet! I went down in the reception to report it, they said that I have to tell the host! I’ve contacted the host but it is so hard to call her, she doesn’t answer the calls, until finally someone came to fix the AC and my goodness,...

“Just decent size of a bedroom, however it’s clean and they fix the bed every day the at majestic your day even better. Though the only comments in the room was they missed to give us towel mat and after your shower it’s darn slippery. They missed us to give 2 hand towels. Stayed for 3 nights and sharing a hand towel. Staff is absolutely nice except for breakfast staff. It seemed either they ate rushing you to take your order or they are on a rush and it’s not even busy. Also, I ordered...

“Great value, friendly staff, and a safe, comfortable stay. Highly recommend!”

“Awesome staff!”

“Room is clean staff was friendly the place is a good deal.”

“Grand appartement, beaucoup de rangement, personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Petit déjeuner « gastronomique ». Personnel d’entretien efficace. Cuisine correcte, mais pas d’articles de nettoyage (savon à vaisselle, lavette, tampon à récurer…) Heureusement, j’avais apporté (sauf savon à vaisselle acheté). Insonorisation impeccable. Je serais restée encore plus longtemps… Merci,”

“This place is infested with roaches and maintained very poorly especially since all the furnishings are in terrible shape. I have no idea how others gave this place a good review. Only one coffee cup? Shower pipes coming loose from the wall. The thin towels do not soak the water. The tv turns on and that is about it. The hall way is about 8ft wide and the only mirror in the unit is about 8x8 inches. There is no closet.”

“Ubicación excelente! Un centro comercial muy conveniente. Y lo único mal es que es un poco caro”
