Apartment was nice and cozy. Nice to have washer dryer close to the end of our trip. Neighborhood is nice to walk around. Mall across the street with accessible grocery store and various dining options. Staff were amazing. Would book here again next time I visit

Aside from the slow elevator, everything is very good. From the space, cleanliness, housekeeping and great service of staff. The breakfast is a fancy fusion but I missed the simple taste of tapa and corned beef.

My 7 days stay at Aruga Apartments in Manila was nothing short of exceptional From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and friendliness made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The apartments are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, offering a cozy yet luxurious ambiance. The amenities were top-notch, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. The front desk staff Bianca and Paul went above and beyond-whether it was local recommendations or ensuring my every needs were met with prompt and friendly service with a smile. Daina at housekeeping was outstanding in the speed and attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment unit. The VIP access to Power Plant Mall made me feel very special as if I’m part of an elite group. Aruga Apartments lives up to its name in every way, and I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

It has tunnel access to the Power Plant Mall which was very convenient for us to go shopping and buy groceries. They have pretty good selection of restaurants for breakfast, such ans Prologue, Rocky’s cafe and Pancake House and they can give you a cart ride to go these places.

The checkin and checkout process were easy. The staff / local people were so helpful qnd accomodating. Everything is within walking distance of this property, including restaurants, the mall and the grocery store. The apartment was beautiful, modern, clean and spacious with a river view. The apartment also had a washer/dryer, so we didnt have to take he dirty laundry. The staff were so helpful in bringing a wonderful breakfast up to our apartment morning and the price was very reasonable. I cant wait to plan my next stay. Highly recommended!

Well maintained, service is top-notch (as always)

I book at this hotel whenever I go home to the Philippines for comfort and convenience. Through the years the place is well maintained although I observed that some toiletries were now not automatically provided i.e. you have to ask for it. Most remarkable is the service of all staff which remained top notch. They did their best on all my requests and were always accommodating. One minor thing that they can improve on is the food at the restaurant - Prologue particularly the breakfast, service-wise though, I have no complaints.

The property was great. Except if you smoke, they'll let you smoke in the balcony, but those rooms are next the street. And if you're a light sleeper, don't take that side and just smoke around the corner outside the building. The A/C died 8n the morning, thry can't fix it, so moved us to a new room. Other than this, it was super place!
