Very friendly staff. Room was just okay, looked outdated and had an old smell, but clean. Shower/ water heater took awhile to heat up but when it did, showering was great. Buffet breakfast was big with lots of options/ stations and clean and very friendly servers. I realize it’s one of the old hotels in Makati, maybe it’s time for a more modern renovation. Overall, stay was good.

I was at New World twice in less than a week, The 2nd time was when my flight got canceled and rather than try another hotel I decided to go back, This time I booked a different room, an upgrade if you will and felt the difference. Wasn't cramped, felt open, if only a few feet I could tell the difference, everything else was what one expected from New World, thw food was great, a bit pricey but nonetheless great. The server in the lounge was surprised to see me again, she remembered me and thst really made me feel appreciated, Greenbelt 3 right across the street is a plus. Overall great stay regardless of my canceled flight :)

The place is old, however it is clean. the staff are very helpful and friendly. the lobby is very big. I stayed an executive club floor and have access to lounge and the food. The breakfast was very good and lot of varieties. The Hotel is very close to all Greenbelt(walking distance) with lots of different restaurants. I would love to stay again when i go back.
