Loved this property! Got in pretty late 3am first night, seamless check in process and was upgraded to a king suite. The room was gorgeous. Full kitchen plus washer/dryer. Staff were so kind. Within walking distance to SM Mall and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were all courteous, polite and very professional. That is from the security guard up to the concierges. I did have some slight issues with the check in but they were able to resolve the matter responsively. They went above and beyond the service and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my family members and friends. The stay overall was 10/10!

Ran into some hiccups upon arrival buy it was quickly fixed by duty manager mam kim. Breakfast buffet was always excellent try to go before 830am line will get very long and place will get packed. Did noticed my luggage lock dial moved 2 days ago but nothing was missing it was just weird it was randomized when i left the room but when i returned and looked it was set to triple 8's 🤔... Everyone was always very attentive and greeted me with smiles it made me feel welcome and at home, a few didnt maybe they were tired but i will definitely come back this place is surrounded with lots of restaurants and right next to MOA. What are you waiting for book it now

Our stay at the Lanson was in July 2026 for three nights for business and leisure. The room we were in had a parcel view of Manila Bay which was nice. At the end of a long day we looked forward to returning to a very clean room such as the one we had. The staff was friendly they spoke to us every time they seen us with a smile, this is something you don’t see a lot of anymore ! The buffet breakfast was excellent they had something for everyone and I do mean everyone you want leave disappointed. The hotel is a five minute walk to the Mall of Asia the largest mall in Asia, there are a lot of shops and dining options this place is big where comfortable shoes. Across the street from the hotel is a boardwalk by the bay with restaurants and shops. I did not get the chance to try the pool that will be next time. The Lanson is a high end hotel that’s not in a congested area and the best part is fifteen minutes from the airport.

The hotel is a class 5* property in a perfect location adjacent to Mall Of Asia and lots of lovely restaurants. We stayed in a fabulous junior suite with amazing views. The staff couldn’t do enough with a shout out to Mark, Concierge Desk who was outstanding. The breakfast was amazing. The only slight criticism was that the outside pool was too cold.
