Not so pleasant when I was check in in the evening
I have booked here for two nights and the location so far quite convenient and reachable with bus and S-Bahn. The second check in wasn’t so pleasant especially during the night time service in the counter. We reached Salzburg early morning with FlixBus, but due to the check in time is 3pm, so we can just check in after 3pm, so the staff asked me come back after 3pm. Then they gave a key to open the door to put the luggages into the luggage room. Due to I am too tired and need to take care of my family (with two old peoples), so I forgot to return the key back. (It was my mistake of course). But then we went our traveled until 8pm something and check in again. The lady in the counter treated me transparent at all, and let the customers to fill in the form first (I thought this is the cultures in Europe, as many staff cannot manage multi tasking in the same time, each time I am asking them question when they are serving they will asked me please wait-and usually we allowed to do it in Asian country), then after I waited over 20 mins, the lady asked me is it want to check in? I said yes, then she scolded me for the key, and my sister found surprise that she scolded so loud. I explained that I do not know it even when I was bought the Salzburg cards in the morning, the staffs do not ask me the key. And then she stopped, and when I was filling the form, soon she helped another 4 persons check in at the same I am check in. So this is clearly that she is discriminated on me.
