It took a couple tries to get into the building with the code. It is important to have WhatsApp or a phone connection because there are no reception staff on sight. That is how they communicate with you. You have to punch your code to get in the building, run the elevator, unlock your room. The room was a decent size and clean. We liked having the very mini fridge, microwave, and dishes to help facilitate meals. The bathroom/shower was quite large. You are able to restock essentials from a cabinet in the laundry room which was nice.

Nice decor, great shower pressure and loved the contactless key code for check in. Luggage storage is free and came in handy when we arrived early and good you can grab fresh towels as and when needed. Location is a little far out which we knew but the free transport Salzburg card came in handy which was free via hotel booking. Main downside was the pillows were far too soft and the duvet also seemed like a single on a double bed, duvet didn’t cover the full bed which was annoying when there’s a couple in the same bed

The studio is clean and comfortable. It’s away from the tourist center by about 30 minutes on foot. The train station is 15 minutes on foot. We prepaid for breakfast. They have fixed options for you to pick. A breakfast bag is delivered at the door each morning. On the whole we enjoyed the stay.

Lovely property. I was apprehensive since everything is electronic and doesn’t have a fulltime, in person reception but their customer service and apps were easy to use and had fast response times. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed. I liked having the free lockers available as well as laundry facilities (paid) in the building. I would recommend this property. It was a little far from the central tourist attractions but the weather was nice and we enjoyed walking so it was not a problem for us (maybe a 15-20minute walk). It was great for us because we enjoyed getting out of the busy tourist area.

The room was well sized and clean. Basic amenities such as bottled water, kettle, microwave, fridge, showering gels, towels were provided. Shared washing machine and dryer are available at the basement level and you can easily use it via the wewash app. The staff was extremely helpful. He showed us how to use the storage lockers. The storage lockers are big enough for large sized luggage. The area is very safe and rather convenient (by bus or tram) to the central station.

The property is away from the main attraction which is the old town and city center. It’s about a 15-20 mins walk in a very quiet neighborhood which doesn’t have much around. The room is simple but clean. The biggest issue for me is that there is no staff on site and virtual check in was a bit of an hassle. Overall, if you are looking for a clean room with a reasonable rate, I would recommend this property. However, if you don’t mind paying a little bit more, staying closer to old town will give you a better experience.
