This is easily our favourite hotel in the world. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and newly renovated. When they found out it was our 50th wedding anniversary, they upgraded us to a lovely room overlooking the river, with a balcony. Every dish we ate in the restaurants was delicious. A special nod to Anna who took such good care of us on the first evening!

The property was a beautiful historic site. I was most impressed with the staff who I feel went above and beyond in terms of hospitality and friendliness. Each person from the concierge to the dining staff to the bellman did an exceptional job to welcome us for our short stay. Cannot recommend highly enough!
