Overall good experience. Staff were really friendly and the location was perfect. The room could have been a little cleaner, however. Windows had marks on, especially lower down which could've been from a dog. Breakfast staff were also really friendly and accommodating, some food like bacon and egg had run out and not re-stocked when we visited. They kindly made us some more bacon just for us around closing time. View was lovely throughout the hotel.

Excellent hotel for price range. Staff at desk were helpful but not forthcoming with what you got with the room. Had to ask about the free drinks voucher and the travel cards. Apart from that for the price is was a great hotel. Bright,airy and clean. Good location to the train station and an easy walk to the old town.

Bathrooms don’t have a door. That leads me to believe this might be a adults only hotel, however we did see families with kids. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was not great and the room was warm. The first day, the hotel was understaffed. The receptionist was friendly, the bartender was rude to patrons. The second say the room was cooler. The hotel had a nice lounge area where we hung out after check out.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Just a short walk from the rail station. The town is beautiful. Reminds me of Florence. The views from the 12th floor were awesome. The clerk was great. She let us in to our room early because it was ready. We were very tired. Only problem was that we opened the blinds and the day was very warm. The AC unit could not cool the room. Had a hard time going to sleep. Had I known the AC could not cool the room, I would have kept the blinds closed. Not sure if it would have made a difference.

We had a nice stay here. The room was very clean with a beautiful view, though it felt a bit small for being labeled an “extended” room. The parking area was safe and well‑kept, but getting out of the garage was a little confusing. Breakfast was offered for a fee. We tried it, and it was fine, but we didn’t really get the full value since we don’t eat much in the mornings. It also would’ve been helpful to have a proper restaurant for dinner. The bar menu was very limited — mostly sandwiches and pizza — so not ideal for a full meal. We didn’t use the other amenities, but it was nice that they were available and explained to us. Mario checked us in, and he was welcoming and cheerful, which made a great first impression.
