“Friendly host. Good breakfast. Bed a bit too soft. Overall a great place to spend the night on our travels.”

“The pub was lovely, the food was good and the staff were very helpful. The only problem was that the room had been very liberally sprayed with Fabreeze, including the bed linens, which sadly caused me to have an asthma attack and meant I had to cut short my stay.”

“Excellent customer service the rooms were very clean the only let down was the breakfast poor quality napkins also fruit and continental breakfast was very poor the English breakfast was good quality and plentiful they just have to up the other options as for the star establishment it lets it down”

“The property well located. The staff were helpful. Unfortunately the room we were in was not very nice. We booked a superior room. We were allocated what was referred to as a junior suite. Bed and bedding were clean and comfortable but carpets were really dirty and stained as was the small settee and the room didn’t smell good.
