I stayed one night and my room was absolutely spotless. There was tea, coffee and biscuits in my room and the bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I was woken at 2.30 in the morning with what sounded like a radio show playing classical music somewhere near my room. I thought it would stop but by 4am it hadn’t. I rang the hotel number to ask about it but no-one answered.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was an issue but sorted immediately by the staff. Bar staff are friendly and always in a fun playful mood with all customers. Always have a great experience at this hotel.

We stayed here as a stopover before going to Le Shuttle early the next day. Great location for a stopover, check-in was smooth and easy, rooms very clean and nicely decorated…hotel rooms had a refurb in Sep ‘25. Good pub food as well. Early checkout was also easy with a drop key box for those leaving before reception is staffed. All in all for the price point we would definitely work this stop off into our travel plans for future France trips

Good clean room. Bathroom looked as if it had been recently refurbished and was immaculate. A bigger bath mat in the shower cubicle would be advisable as the floor does get slightly slippy. Air con would have been useful, especially in the recent hot weather. Breakfasts were good but took a long time to arrive.

When we arrived the outside looked like it needed a little bit of TLC but once we got inside could not fault it. We are four married ladies that just wanted a weekend away to chill, unwind with a bit of retail therapy thrown in. This hotel was perfect for that. We stayed in a spacious room with 4 single beds. Staff were lovely. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. And to top it off we were a 5-10 cab ride away from Ashford designer outlet. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying there again.
