“Amazing location. Staff could not have been more helpful. Travel with a friend and our children, amazing to have the four double beds in one room, felt like a sleepover. Provides good games as well, played cluedo and game of life. Went to duke street market round the corner for tea as the recommended it, did not disappoint. Getting access to the property and communication was excellent.”

“Instructions re which ramp to use (up or down) to enter car park under the apartment block were not clear. We went up ramp but key fob provided would not open the gates so had to reverse back down ramp to try the ramp going underground. Not a good start! On entering apartment found it to look a lot different to pictures on website. There was no coffee table or furniture unit. The floor was damaged in one corner by the table. The kitchen floor had crumbs over it, the skirting boards were dirty,...

“Excelente opción. Muy amplio, limpio. La recepción súper amable y eficiente.”

“The room on arrival was very hot windows didn’t open and fan was broken. The sofa bed was broken along with window blinds. No toilet roll left for a week stay! After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob.”

“Location of property was great, but apartment was like a green house, much needed fans are not present. Fridge door didn’t close so I spent time removing chunks of ice out of fridge and fixing seal. Freezer is in desperate need of defrosting can’t fit anything in due to build up of ice Fruit flys all over kitchen crawling in cupboards. Tap has a leak, mould on skirtings in livingroom. My daughter has bruises all over legs from the bed. Balcony tiling loose and dangerous. En-suite toilet has a...

“Liz at the front desk was Great ! She was very helpful with all the amenities and explained option to go out later at night! The room was great, clean and all my family could fit quite well! Location was excellent for someone visiting with no car”
