We enjoyed the cleanliness of our room and the surroundings of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant to talk to, and the hotel is near nice restaurants, pubs, and the city center. We would definitely stay there again when in Liverpool.

Even though the location is in a busy party area, once you’re in the hotel, you hear absolutely nothing. Everywhere is walkable, so the location was very convenient. Staff was welcoming and friendly and the room had everything we needed. The ac worked great, and it was so nice to have a kettle, microwave, and small fridge. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Very kind, helpful staff. They helped us understand the city and informed us about amenities the hotel offers, such as showing my room key at certain restaurants for a discount. We also left very early morning, and they were very helpful in booking us a taxi to pick us up outside the hotel at 3am to take us the Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, and was equipped with a small kitchenette (sink, plates, cutlery, fridge, etc)

We have stayed here quite a few times and find the range of rooms and prices comprehensive, the hotel spotless and the staff top drawer. The hotel is very centrally located for shopping, bars and restaurants. The free Happy Hour at 5pm is unique to hotels we have visited and is the cherry on the top of an excellent stay. Definitely return.
