“No evening meal due to chef needing time off, staff seemed to have no idea what was happening. Only food available in the area was pizza at a hostel across the road. Breakfast room opened at 8:30 and consisted of help yourself Coco pops, croissants or toast, if you had an early start, nothing. Overall a very poor experience.”

“What a beautiful hotel. Our room was stunning.. really wasn’t expecting such a lovely room. Food in the hotel was amazing, and so well presented. The breakfast omelette was the nicest I’ve had away. Staff are lovely.. so friendly and helpful. Lovely walks from the doorstep.”

“My stay at Lanehead old school was fantastic. The owners Lisa and Chris were lovely and extremely helpful. My car broke down on the way there and they offered to pick me up. They then offered to pick me up from the garage I had my car towed to. Excellent hosts. It was like staying with old friends! I can't recommend the place highly enough!”
