“It was a great stay, very relaxing.”

“This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...

“Hotel very old and expensive. Relation price and value is very bad. You paid but don't get nothing.”

“Cobros extras inesperados ”

“El servicio de restaurante muy regular , el restaurante buffet tiene un olor desagradable a huevo revuelto que se quita las ganas de comer, las escaleras internas un desorden y falta de aseo , los mesones de las barras del Bar huelen súper mal , falta mucha administración , que lástima por que otros Royalton no son así , además un lugar tan bonito y tan descuidado .”

“Excelente ”

“Buen hotel todo incluido ”

“Beautiful resort with lots to offer- including a good variety of restaurants and lots of entertainment through out the day and evening. Staff members were all very friendly and informative with any questions we had!”

“We had a cottage by the beach and it was perfect. Out your door and 15 steps later u are on the beach with ur own private umbrella and lounge chairs. The staff was super friendly and made our trip a pure pleasure. I highly recommend this resort!”

“Beautiful stay”

“The most tranquil place I’ve ever visited. The hotel was on my sister’s mandatory must see and experience vacations. It was more than we ever imagined. The bungalow is so nice and relaxing. The shower was such a vibe. Honestly I don’t have any complaints. St. Lucia is an absolutely breathtaking island.”

“We had a wonderful one night at this hotel despite a massive rain storm coming through st Lucia that evening. The hotel can be found”
