Bay Gardens Hotel is truly my home away from home whenever I’m in Saint Lucia. The location is super ideal & in the heart of everything you will need offsite.💚 From Ms. Gustave the General Manager and Ms. Helena at the resturtant to the wonderful housekeeping team, the hardworking groundskeepers who keep the property beautiful, and every single staff member, I am so grateful for your kindness, warmth, and hospitality. You always go above and beyond to make every stay feel comfortable, safe, and welcoming. It may be a small and intimate hotel, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. The location is really good, it's one of the main reasons I'd return. The room was okay, we had an issue with the sheets, but, it was sort of resolved. The buffet breakfast options were okay, there were ham, turkey, cheese, eggs, potatoes and pork stew on other days. The fruit wasn't too sweet but, they had pineapples, watermelon and cantaloupe. There was cereal, coffees, a few pastry options and breads. The pool is decent even though we did not use it, we took the free shuttle to Reduit beach and splash island. The Manager's cocktail night on Wednesday wasn't our best experience as we were waiting on the appetizers, and only got the fruit juice. A huge shout out to those who made our stay wonderful: Ricky, Cecilia and Slissha (think I misspelled it). We would return to the Bay Gardens family. Recommended, for couples, singles and those who especially if you have kids.

We were at Bay Gardens for 7 days and it was great! The staff were pleasant and helpful, our rooms were clean and spacious. We had a fridge but no microwave. Breakfast was always delicious, dinner was a little expensive for us so we ate at local restaurants most evenings. Banks, supermarket, pharmacy/drug stores, fast food and local restaurants were 5-9 minute walk. We felt safe walking at any time of the day or night. Laundry room was old but functional and could use with some upgrades. There is only 1 washer and dryer on our block. We did use the gym which was small and we had it to ourselves each time. By the way, expect to pay for the washing and drying (you'll get tokens). Tours can be organized from this property and were great!! (They were on the expensive side for me with a family of 3 $800 for 2 tours but the tours include a lot- remember the tips). Yes I would definitely go back because of the people and how welcome and easy going it felt.
