We had an amazing time for our honeymoon here. Although it was lower season for them, this made our experience much more charming. The restaurants were accommodating with dinner times, the staff was super friendly. Kayson, Teddy, Coco Sam, Delan from scores bar, big thank you for making our experience wonderful! Even the General manager and everyone from Expedia was super friendly, and welcoming thanks again.

This resort was one of my favorites. Seeing that the island is growing with more tourists it’s great to see how much development, decorum and diversity. This resort has so much to offer . The food was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing, the stuff was amazing as well. Anything we needed was upon request . The check in and out process was so smooth . I would recommend this resort too any one that looking for a great time either solo, married or with kids .

The Royalton Hideway property and amenities were excellent. Very relaxing stay and worth the cost. Staff very helpful, food and beverages were excellent. This was our first all inclusive resort and there was no pressure to upgrade or pay more for any items. The only downside was the sales pitch upon arrival to join/ listen to the Diamond Club presentation with breakfast. This was presented as a “thank you for staying” with discounts for activities that felt obligatory. Don’t fall for it, it’s not required and you go to breakfast on your own when you want to. They basically want you to give up 90 minutes of your vacation to buy into their Diamond Club. Might be a good deal, but that’s not what we came for. They need to be more honest up front with what they are selling rather than being deceptive with coupons and breakfast as a “thank you”. Despite this, we would go back.

Housekeeping did well, went above and beyond - surprised us with a bubble bath, towels in shape of hearts with rose petals; beach area needs to be cleaned up better - cigarette butts left in sand, some trash not picked up; friendly staff; even with dinner reservations had to wait longer for table and service - at Zen and at Calypso -food was delicious with the hibachi grill and coconut crusted snapper and cod fritters - would have loved to see more mango, papaya fruits at breakfast buffet, more options for seafood - conch fritters. Room was amazing with swim-out pool area; liked the steel drum performer and the sunset beach dinner.

I highly recommend this resort—everything exceeded expectations. The beach was beautiful, the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was incredible. I truly have no complaints, just unforgettable memories!

The property was extremely outdated and some of the staff were extremely unfriendly. One of their front desk attendants also attempted to charge me an additonal $1365.00 with no explanation. There was a lack of entertainment for my group and most events ended by 10pm which was quite early. Most of the restaurants weren't that good. The private culinary experience was the best meal we had. We had a water leak in our room we called twice they said they would send someone, nobody showed up until we checked out. I would not recommend this property nor would I visit it again.

We went to the Hideaway for our honeymoon and it was a solid week! While there were many great experiences and things to enjoy, the stay was not without frustrations and disappointment. If you’re looking for fresh and impressive food, this is certainly not the place. Much of the food was frozen food barely reheated and inedible. Some of the staff were fantastic and so kind while others at restaurants mainly were very unkind and unenjoyable to be around. For the money, we will likely look for another resort in the future but not a bad experience!
