BodyHoliday was perfect. From the super accommodating staff, delicious meals, and lovely ocean view we couldn't ask for anything more. The included spa services truly gave us the ability to detox and unwind. The place is active if you want to be active or relaxed if you want take it easy. We can't wait to go back, just like half the people there.

Absolutely great place to have a combination of lots of activities, fun and relaxation. The spa treatments were really good . Some of the activities were not properly organised and some of the staff not well informed but the activities we did were great , golf, water skiing , sailing , yoga .

It is an amazing place to go on your own there is lots to do if you want to be busy and active and or if you want to be on your own and just enjoy the atmosphere. If you want to meet new people there are many ways and option of Communal tables during breakfast lunch and dinner. Overall the place is beautiful and the programs are excellent. Highly recommend.

This resort is definitely dedicated to tourist. The food is mild. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The room decor definitely needs updating. They are very discolored. I had this weird issue where at random times of the day the floors would get wet, not sure why. Closet space is extremely small. I didn’t take part in any of the excursions or wellness activities so I can’t speak to that. The staff is absolutely amazing. For the price and the luxury they advertise the rooms and food seriously need to be upgraded. I’d give it 5/10.

We had a great stay at Body Holiday! The staff were amazing and always very friendly. Our stay felt like a week in paradise. The drive from the airport is long but well worth it once you get to the resort. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an active and relaxing holiday…and the food options were great! The perfect mix of active and peaceful. There were so many amenities available and the daily included spa treatments were INCREDIBLE. The staff went above and beyond for every guest, and perks like water sports and concierge service really made me feel so special. I cannot recommend this resort more - as a solo traveler it was the PERFECT reset. Clean, comfy rooms, plenty of pool or beach lounge options, the nightly entertainment was so lovely & the food! The food was absolutely incredible and so fresh, it gave me faith that all-inclusives can actually get it RIGHT. I’ll never go back to another resort, this was one of the best vacation experiences ever.

Amazing place! Why would you ever go to another resort. We are not resort people because sitting on the beach is not our thing. This was our second time to Body Holiday because the food, service, activities and amenities are all excellent and not to even mention the daily included spa services. It was worth every penny.

The ocean view standard room was quite large and had a great view. Very quiet and could hear the surf. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The spa was tightly booked but nice treatment options every day.
