The staff and rooms were fantastic.

Not sure why this hotel is marketed as a luxury hotel. If stained sheets don’t bother you then you will be fine. Our first room smelled like smoke, with cleaning supplies to cover it, and had yellow stains on the sheets. We requested another room hoping it was an oversight on housekeepings part. Unfortunately, the next room had stained sheets as well. At least it didn’t smell like weird cleaning supplies to cover up smoke. In the second room we did get the added bonus of a pool balcony that was right next to the DJ booth playing music with curse words and sexual lyrics at a family friendly pool. The DJ was a nice touch had the music choice been a bit different and not for clubbing. Maybe all of these elements are just what should be expected in Spokane. If it isn’t your vibe, I would highly recommend staying elsewhere because all of these layers didn’t make for enjoyable or relaxing stay.

The bedrooms were incredibly hot. The showers would be warm one minute and turn cold the next. No extra towels available.
