Staff is always nice and rooms are well appointed. Bar and restaurant are nice. We have stayed here and will continue to stay here, but have some concerns. Our room was really clean though, had pretzels in the door corners and chip dust in the bed. Parking is horribly overpriced for hotel guests. Higher than Vegas? Come on. Parking garage also had garbage in it. At least give your guests a discount for parking.

Loud elevator decent view of I90 fees for everything. Did room service and food was decent. Fitted sheet has a hole in it on the side. Hilton by the airport was better. Will probably not stay again. I dont think it lived up to the hype. Lobby was nice room was clean. Looking toward I90 wouldn't of been so yuck with all the homeless. Lots of pillows loved that. But again very loud elevator. The vanity mirror was cute.
