I found the stay very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and loved the water pressure in the shower. That is always a big plus. What better way to start the day? I will most definitely stay here again if on my way through Coeur d’Alene.

Staff were friendly and helpful. First Room had a strange smell in carpet or drapes so the staff quickly helped us change rooms. The towels were not entirely clean either. :( Was hoping for an excellent experience but honestly was a little disappointed in the overall maintenance. Parking was good. Good location also.

Parking was easy and accessible, the rooms were clean. Towel requests were prompt. Breakfast was so-so....very dry biscuits...however we did not select the hotel for the continental breakfast. Overall stay was very good.

Very comfortable, quiet, clean, and in a good location for our exploration of the area. The couch was not good to sit on--like really poor--but better suited as a surface to put our luggage on. And I would have preferred a coffee maker in the room. We had to go down to the lobby to get coffee.

We stayed here twice as a mid way point on our trip to Montana. Beds are comfortable and their breakfast is good with plenty of options! The staff really set this place a part from others...they were all great!

Outside of building looks like it needs some TLC. It’s an old building but they have kept the inside fairly nice. Room was clean but sheets were very wrinkled and bed skirt was askew. Tub is original and discoloured. It was a decent stay for a quick overnight. We did not eat breakfast there. Parking was easy, easy access to main roads. Staff were always at the desk and helpful.
